Pizza in New Orleans…who cares?
Actually, I come here often for lunch, and don’t remember ever ordering pizza. They have good gumbo, various salads, pasta, and enough Louisiana decadent combos to keep me returning. Admittedly, sometimes I’m there as default because COOP’S PLACE was too crowded. Another nice feature is outside seating on days that warrant. Reading some reviews, there are always those who criticize poor service, but I have always had very good service, but keep in mind all restaurants sometimes have large groups occupying more service and food prep time. If you go out to eat enough, you should be able to determine what a reasonable delay or service blip is. Since I am mostly by myself for afternoon meals, it really isn’t such a big deal…my appointment with HARRY’S CORNER after lunch can wait a little longer!
